Exchange and return policy:

The exchange takes place within 7 days and the return takes place within 3 days from the date it reaches you.

Required:

1- The product must be in its original condition and has not been used, with all labels attached to it intact and undamaged, and must be wrapped in the original packaging.

2- Products that cannot be exchanged or returned (products after being used or opened)

3- The customer bears the shipping costs in the case of exchange and return.

4- Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once they have been shipped. If the customer wishes to request a return or exchange, this can be done after receiving the order and following the approved procedures.

5- In case of a return, the refund will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.

Steps for exchange + return:

Replacement steps:

• invoice number

• customer name

• Reason for replacement

• The name of the product to be replaced, along with providing us with the required size, color, SKU number, and quantity

• You will be informed of the method of reordering and your service directly once you receive your order and ensure the safety of the piece and its accessories

Retrieval steps:

• invoice number

• customer name

• Reason for return

• The name of the product to be returned

• (Bank name + IBAN number + account holder’s name) * The account holder’s name must match the invoice holder
